The origin of Neuroforce

DARP is the software foundation behind Neuroforce coaching.

DARP was built to change training from the athlete's response instead of forcing every week to match the original plan. It began as a software product and became the operating logic behind direct coaching.

01 / MEASURE

The plan starts with a target, but the response decides what happens next.

Training plans are predictions. Performance, recovery, pain, adherence, practice, travel, and competition create new information after the plan is written.

DARP was designed to capture that information and identify when the training dose no longer matched the person in front of it.

02 / INTERPRET

A signal is useful only when someone understands the context.

A lower readiness signal can mean fatigue, poor sleep, accumulated training stress, life pressure, or a measurement problem. Software can surface the change. A coach still has to decide what it means.

That is why Neuroforce moved beyond software. Nathan wanted the person reading the signal to also know the schedule, goal, history, and next demand.

03 / ADJUST

The system supports judgment instead of replacing it.

The coaching process holds useful work when it is producing the intended response and changes one variable when the evidence gives a reason.

DARP remains proprietary. Neuroforce clients receive the coaching logic through their individual plan and weekly adjustments rather than a generic software dashboard.
