12-week strength coaching for Christian founders
Clients, travel, and short nights are already part of your calendar. Nathan writes the full week and its backup versions, reviews what you actually completed, and keeps your lifts moving.
Your plan already has a Plan B.
Three versions, written before the week changesOne exact 12-week result
Tanner's working weight climbed while his estimated bench max moved from 158 to 198 pounds. The entire change happened in one 12-week block.

165 × 6
Forty more pounds on the bar while still completing six reps.

Everfit's estimate moved from 158 to 198 pounds across the same block.

The problem
The plan works until a client problem lands late, travel changes the gym, or sleep gets cut. A few missed sessions become two weeks, and Monday starts to feel like day one again.
You already know how to work hard. The plan just has no answer for the week you actually run.
Everything included in your 12 weeks
Nathan coaches the training and the habits that make it happen. Mental performance and life coaching are included, alongside nutrition, personal accountability, and Bible study access.
Nathan writes your sessions around your starting lifts, equipment, and calendar. Your sets and weights are ready when you get to the gym, and the plan changes as you get stronger.
You report what you completed and what you missed. Nathan reviews it himself, asks about the gaps, and agrees on what you will do before the next check-in.
Get calorie and protein targets, help with meal structure, and a realistic sleep plan. Nathan reviews these alongside your training so food and recovery support the PR you are working toward.
Bible study access is included. Bring questions from the week you are living, talk through Scripture, and connect it to a decision or responsibility in front of you.
Talk through pressure, self-doubt, or a decision you keep putting off. Nathan helps you choose the next step at work or at home, put it on the calendar, and follow through.
Full, short, and minimum sessions give you a way to keep training when a deadline lands or travel changes the gym. You know what to keep instead of writing off the week.

How accountability works
You and Nathan agree on the work, put it into your actual calendar, and review the follow-through. If the same obstacle keeps showing up, you address it together.
Start with your calendar, training history, equipment, travel, current numbers, and the result you want from the next twelve weeks.
You set the 12-week strength target, record your starting lifts, and agree on the training and check-in standards tied to the PR guarantee.
Nathan reviews each week, keeps the work that is paying off, and changes the part that stopped fitting.
You finish with a clear way to train through the conditions that used to knock you out for the month.
The week 12 guarantee
Complete the agreed training, check-ins, and recovery work. If you do not set at least one new squat, bench, or deadlift PR by the end of week 12, Nathan keeps coaching you free until you do.
Your starting lifts and the standard for a valid PR are recorded before week one.
A new personal record by week 12, or coaching continues at no extra cost until you hit it.Christian by foundation
You have access to Bible study alongside your coaching. Bring the questions showing up in work, family, and training, and connect what you read to the decisions in front of you.
Private calls can also include Scripture and prayer when you want them. A missed session gets an honest conversation and a next step, never a verdict on your faith.
Your coach
Nathan won an IPL world powerlifting title at 17 and now holds a 1,251.1-pound official competition total. He also built DARP, proprietary software that compared a training plan with the athlete's actual response.
DARP could flag that the plan no longer fit. It could not understand the deadline, the travel week, or why the work stopped getting done. Neuroforce became coaching because the next decision still needed a person.
Before your roadmap call
Yes. Bring the work decision you keep second-guessing, the conversation you are avoiding, or the habit you want to change. Nathan helps you work through it and follows up on what you agreed to do. Coaching can cover confidence, handling everyday pressure, and the health, work, family, and faith priorities you choose. The focus is practical decisions and behavior, not mental health treatment.
Complete the agreed training, check-ins, and recovery work. If you do not set at least one new squat, bench, or deadlift PR by the end of week 12, Nathan keeps coaching you at no added cost until you do.
No. Your program is built around the equipment you can use. Home, hotel, and limited-equipment substitutions can be prepared before you need them.
Yes. Bible study access is included alongside your coaching, and private conversations can include Scripture and prayer. Participation is your choice. The performance guarantee never depends on religious participation.
You agree on the sessions, habits, and commitments for the week, then report what happened. Nathan reviews your check-in, asks about missed work, and helps you change what got in the way. Direct messages and private calls give you a way to ask for help between reviews.
Yes. The plan can include calories, macros, meal structure, bodyweight targets, and weekly nutrition accountability when they support the result you chose.
